We did it on the h320 some years back but can't remember very well how it went. It seems to me there were perhaps some hidden bolts by the transom step through. Check also under the steering pedestal for bolts, but removal of the pedestal molding was not necessary just to pick up the back. Perhaps waiting for someone with a better memory than mine might be the best course of action. I'm away from the boat at this time so I cannot retrace my steps to get a better insight in addition that there might be some differences between the h320 and the h340.
