I once saw an ad for a fiberglass swim platform specifically molded for the H34 transom. I can't find any info on it anymore. Has anyone seen or bought this? Is it any good? Do you know who makes it? How much did it cost?
When I purhaced my Hunter 34 and sailed it down the bay a couple of months ago we pulled into a marina that had a 34 hunter with a swim platform added. Just so happened the owner was on the boat and we talked about it. He and three other friends got together and hired a person to create a mold for the platform. He claims it works great and no difference in handling. Looked really good. I did not ask about the cost but he did give me the guy who did the work.
