H34 looking for source of leak

When the engine runs in my 1984 Hunter 34, I get a very steady stream of water coming out from under the oven It actually looks like it comes in aft of that and leaks out from under the oven. I thought it may be condensation from the refrigerator coils but the engine probably ran for an hour last week and water kept coming out the whole time. Any help would be appreciated. My boat also seems to list about 3 degrees to that side so is there any chance water is getting trapped. I can't find any.

Is your water heater aft of that location? It could be a hose coming from the engine to the water heater.

If you aren't losing engine coolant, the water sources there might be the bilge pump hose or the water pipes (pressure potable, probably the cold side) for the sink.. or the safety valve on the water heater. Pull all the pots/pans out of the storage hole and get in there with a towel and flashlight.. Ya should be able to find it.. I am thinking it is the bilge pump hose.. The check valve in the bilge keeps water in the bilge pump discharge hose all the way up to the outlet just under the toe rail.. ..

If a stream of water is coming from aft of the oven only while the engine is running my best guess is the exhaust hose/water muffler system.

A couple of other H-34 owners have reported the exhaust outlet fiberglass hull molding (thru hull? all the way aft in the "pit") cracked and leaking or the hose itself cracked through and leaking.. Those can be started by a raw water pump failure (in previous times) which would allow the temperature of those parts to get pretty high. Hose at the connection to the hull might be the most probable.. Find a small person and get a good inspection of the area..
Need to clarify aft of oven longitudinally or "under oven" coming from port side.

I agree.

I blew the top off my muffler and had to repair it. I'm actually glad it happened because I realized it had been repaired once before and it was a total patch job. Don't be alarmed that I used wood for this repair. I sealed the entire piece, including the interior of the mounting holes, with epoxy.

H-34 Water Leak

"I hate to be late".. Nice job on the 31 muffler.. on the 34, it is a separate piece (blue cylinder) that is aft of the packing gland and kinda centered in the boat.. below the level of the observed leak.. however, the hose leaves the muffler and goes aft and to starboard side and up into a big loop to prevent seawater backflow, then down to a molded hull piece where it connects to go overboard under the stbd stern overhang.. A leak pretty much any place in the flex pipe could be getting to aft of the stove.
The hose is behind the battery box in the other picture. Note especially the soft hose support for the fuel fill .. it looks a lot like an old tee shirt.. but it is a high tech cotton pipe support, especially designed for that service... yeah.

I replaced my exhaust hose last year because it was leaking. I replaced the fuel fill hose this year because it was leaking fuel when I fueled the boat.

the usual suspects are the starboard cockpit scuppers. if the leak occurs standing still with the engine running it most likely the engine exhaust scupper. being above the water line all the other scuppers will only leak at speed when the stern squats down causing the leak under or above the hull liner. you can fix the problem in the water like I did using a round 2" paint brush with a west system epoxy mix from inside the stern or from outside hanging off the swim ladder. you can easily put a good coating on the inside of the glassed tube where there could be a crack or a good sized hole.

Lots of great suggestions for things to check. Once I can actually get to the boat to work on it, I will let you know what the cause was.

My Guess would be the hot water heater hoses, or, the hose from the bilge pump.
