I am in the final stages of purchasing a Hunter 34, deep keel. If you don't care about the extra 12" of draft, is there any disadvantge of the deep keel. I would normally assume deep keel sails better, points, etc., but Practical Sailor, (not an unbiased source on Hunters!) seems to say they are pretty much the same. Appreciate any input. I expect to close by 1/24. Ron Photor
