That quote is accurate
I replaced my bow pulpit last year on my 1981 H33. I used Tops in Quality, and that is the price I paid, plus shipping, which was around $80. They did an excellent job, improving the design from the original, and also welding the running light bracket in place and snaking the wiring through the tubing. It took them a little longer than originally quoted, but I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. As a side note, I had my marina ship them my old bow pulpit to see if it was repairable. TIQ called me back with the news that it was beyond repair, but used the old one as a pattern for the new one, insuring that their past pattern was correct. The new one was shipped back to my marina, which I think was a trucking requirement (shipping to a commercial address). Ken Palmer, S/V Liberty
