H31 a/c help!!!

Anyone have comments on supply vent placement, number of vents etc... I have the later '86 model with a u shape settee.I'm debating whether to place one 6 x 8 in the salon only or add one 4"in the v-berth (which takes more time)If one 6x8 will do the trick pls let me know. I'm using a 12,500 btu unit located under the settee.

V berth needs cool air too!

I installed a 12,000 btu Marine Air unit on my H33 a couple of years ago and used a single duct in the main salon. I now wish I had run a 3" vent to the v berth as it can get a little stuffy in there. Also there is no closing the door when guest are aboard. I end up freezing my guest in order to be comfortable up front. If it is not too much work to run a vent forward you will be glad you did.
