H30' 1977 propsize?

My Hunter 30 has a Yanmar YSB-12 (12hp) engine with 2:1reduction gear. Thus 12hp, max shaft speed 1500 rpm; shaft is 1". Displacement is 10,000 lbs. Hull speed is 6.8 kt.Does anyone know what the correct 3 blade and 2 blade props would be?Thanks a lot for any help.Henry

Propeller sizes

Dear Henry,Thanks for the letter. The two propellers used on the Hunter 30 with your particular motor are; Two blade 14” x 8” 1” shaft, Three blade 13” x 8” 1” shaft. Hope this helps. Sincerely Kevin L. Woody

Hunter 30 prop

77 Hunter 30 and the 76 are the same as far as boat design? I can assume if I have a 12HP Yanmar desiel that it is the same one talked about here? I have a 13 LH 10 sailor two blade prop on now. Is this an original? I want to go to a three blade to give me a little more power. Is this right thinking?Lots of questions I know. Hope someone can help.
