Cruising chute on an H28
A cruising chute is a great addition to the Hunter 28. I flew one from the Port of Miami to to Lake Worth inlet and averaged 6.8 knots. Recognize that these are really reaching chutes and work well on a close to broad reach but don't solve your problem dead downwind. The spin sleeve or stasher makes it very easy for a crew of two to handle. I would suggest a tacker by ATN for the tack attachment. It rides over your furlded headsail without damaging it.
