H280 battery charger wiring

I am installing a battery charger in my '96 H280. It has never had one. Peering into the 110V switch board, there is nothing attached to the terminals labeled battery charger, but there is a coil of romex labeled battery charger. The cable leads into the port wiring chase and then disappears. Does anyone know where I should start looking for the other end of the wire?

On my H280 (purchased with a battery charger already installed by PO), the battery charger was installed under the forward opening of the port side settee.
