While removing the starboard aft window from the main salon of my '79 h27 the sun beaten outboard side of the window fixture chipped and broke. I've found plenty of places to purchase replacement acrylic window material, but I'm stumped as to how to replace the window frame itself, as the window is a highly irregular shape. Anyone have any ideas?

Mostly I see this company referenced whenever plastic fixed portlights are the question: Mark Plastics is located in Corona CA. (951) 735-7705

Thanks Ed! Just got off the phone with Mark at Mark's plastics. Turns out he did the original fixed port windows on all of the Cherubinis (as far as he knows, he's not sure which models were cherubinis and which weren't). He needed no description of the window as he remembered it in specific detail, right down to the radius of the corners. Killer. His prices are unbeatable too, he can replace my windows with tempered glass for what low-grade acrylic would cost everywhere else I've looked. Thanks for the suggestion!

Glad to help. That's more luck than I ever have.

Don't go with the tempered glass, there is to much"bend" to the cabin side.
