My camlock on my Shaefer Mainsheet block is a piece of crap. I raised the block so it is easier to reach from the wheel but it is still hard to engage and release. I've installed Spinlock 8012PX cam locks for the jib sheets and they work great. Is there a spinlock camlock that can replace the shaefer cam lock? I'm guessing, but it seems that the PX Block adapter SPNPXB0812 is the right one to order. The holes in the Shaefer block are 3.8cm. Any suggestions?

H260 main sheet

I believe the problem your talking about is that the main sheet block in on the deck. I used a piece of chain about 18 inches long to raise the block off the deck. Works great and didn't cost a cent... my kind of fixes.
