H260 cabin sole

I am thinking of replacing my cabin sole on my 2001 H260. It has de-laminated and is cracking in a few places. I have tried to epoxy those spots down but eventually they bubble up. Has anyone replaced their floor with one of the laminate fake teak and holly floors. I need to know the thickness of the stock floor in a H260 and also, since my boat is 2 hours away and i forgot to measure this before i left it yesterday, the length of the floor from under the table to the most aft part (straight line length). I believe you buy the man made teak and holly laminate by the foot in a roll.

I measured the sole. Over all alongside is 61" and 46" in beam direction. Cannot say how deep the recess is. You will see anyway when digging it out.
Please keep us posted how the project is going along.

Depending on the year of the boat, you either have the real teak and holly or you have the better more durable laminate. The entire floor or floor plate is one solid piece with a recessed area to accept that wood or laminate flooring. It is held in place with liquid nails and the lip sealed with the same 100% architechual grade silicone made by Dow but you can buy at most places as long as it is the 100% grade architechual grade silicone.
I forgot the thicknes but is either 1/4 or 3/8 inch. You do not want a roll up version as it is thin. Make sure you clean out all debri in the recessed area and also trowel the liquid nails over the recessed flat area. Then cover the floor and add weight to it for 24 hours. I replaced many over the years as a former dealer.
