My 1999 H260 has a compass mounted in the binnacle on top the wheel pedistal. I'm looking for instructions on how to remove the compass. Any help appreciated. Fair winds, Tom
I looked on the Edson site, and found lots of info, but not how to remove the plastic Edson Compass cylinder (#856WH-345) which is between the compass and the pedestal. Fair winds, Tom
simple. Remove compass. You may have one that is wired for nite running, remove wires. There are four large bolts inside the base of the compass. remove them and you remove the compass base you are asking about. Just be careful to line up everything when placing the bolts back into place
