h26 trailer question

I'm going to move my h26 trailer and would like to remove the tall guide poles in the back. How do I do it? They seem to telescope into the bent pipes that hold the tail lights, but mine won't budge. They probably have been in there too long. Do I use WD 40, a hammer, and a big pipe wrench or what? The pipes that hold the tail lights don't look as if they are made to be removed for transport. Thanks for your help. David King "Molly"

The pvc pipes screw in from the top and the gavinized pipe beneath that is welded to the larger diameter pipe through what must be some sort of pin. There are a couple of dimples where they were welded. You could always unbolt them at the bottom.

Gracias Rick

Thanks Rick. That's just what I wanted to know. I think the easiest thing would be to just saw the thing off under the dimples. I've never used the trailer and may never in the future. If I ever do use it, I can just put the remainder of the poles in and put extensions on the top ends; maybe a couple of flags. Unfortunately, it's licensed in the U.S. and I can't sell it down here.
