H26 rudder plates

The H26 rudder side plates (compression plates) have a rubber pad glued to each to hold rudder in place.
My rudder will lick up a bit if I hit seaweed or a chunk of wood. And it’s amazing how balanced that rudder is.
Kicked up just a little bit the steering becomes difficult.
Think I need to replace that rubber pad. Been there for 15 years and getting hard.
Looked here at the store. Have not seen anywhere to get replacement.
Nothing special. Just about 1/8” thick and a little larger than a square foot each.
Know of a source for that?
