I would like to install 2 fans for ventilation. Has anyone done this before? How difficult to wire. And where is best position.

I have 2 fans installed in mine, one above the galley table and one in the corner of the aft berth. The wiring is easy DC electrical work is as simple as it gets (Im an electrician by trade). Just identify where you would like them, make sure those areas have access to existing wiring if not then you'll have to identify where you will get your power from and run your wire to that location. Always think of the wiring first. You can take power from just about anything, like existing lights, stereo, marine band radio, whatever. I took my forward fan power from my lights, so when I turn on on my cabin lights this also sends power to my fan switch. My aft fan is directly to my battery and is controlled from the fan switch. If you can't identify positive and negative by color, positive red, negative black, then just finger twist your identified power source to your fan and turn it on, if the fan spins backwards your wires are backwards switch the wires and it will spin the right direction.
