H26 centerboard bracket

Getting ready to fab a new centerboard bracket and Im reviewing the drawings, the 3/4 in nut fir the through bolt is said to be welded on the underside of the top plate, i could swear its on the top of the top plate on my bracket, is the drawing correct and im just remembering things wrong, plus ive done some digging on the bracket in the forums and the pics I've seen have the bolt on top as well

Drawing is correct. Top of bracket sandwiches the fibreglass tower between it and the plate on the bottom of the compression post. Bolt passes thru from top to secure on nut on underside.

You can clearly see the top plate of the bracket in this pic… the nut is NOT on top
