H25 V-berth lexan hatch cover replacement

I have a 77 Hunter 25 with a smoked lexan/polycarbonate domed V-berth hatch cover that is broken. The cover seals against the boat (not a frame) - where do I get a replacement? Someone mentioned making a mold and fabricating a new one your self. Anyone know how this is done? Does anyone have a mold? Thanks
