I have never had to replace the car, and unfortunately don't have photos of mine. However, if you have to remove the track to do this replacement, I would seriously consider (while it is removed) adding cam cleat/block assemblies at either end of the track and get rid of the two stops. Look at the improvement in Peter Suah's mods. Go to Boat Info, Hunter Owner mods and pick the 23. Scroll down to his post "Hunter 23 traveler mod". I did that to mine and it is much better, I can actually adjust the traveler position and it isn't rattling back and forth against the stops.

Rutgerson T610112 is what Rutgerson told me. I think they have another car that may work without stock stops. Didn't verify that.
Took off the track and cleaned the parts instead of buying new. Worked good. Drilled extra holes for the stops. center, right and left to knock down the slap/slop.

I don't know what year you have and if Hunter changed suppliers but on my 1988 H23 I have Schaefer hardware. It is a track size (1") that is no longer available, though the Rig-Rite web site says some parts may be available. Current track sizes are 1 1/8" & 1 1/2" but the cost of replacing the track & car is substantial. Of course it lets you add end cars though

I would suggest that you contact Garhauer Marine for a replacement. They can custom drill a track for you to make an excellent replacement.
