H23.5 Halyard Cleats

I just purchased a 94 23.5 and one of the things I've noticed is that the jam cleats for the halyards don't hold well. What have others done to improve the holding power, different cleats, rope clutches? I typically single hand so easy release is a plus.

Just this spring I installed a 2 block spinlock XAS rope clutch, works really well.

My jam cleats were worn and didn't hold well.
