Hunter 22 Lake St. Clair, Mi.
When I took ownership of my 1981 H22 last fall (2010), the jib halyard had
been pulled out of the mast. Thank you Iarathree for your comments on
running a new halyard. I also have a locker and a box full of loose pulleys
and misc. lines. The main sheet I have figured out, but the rest .....
Could someone post or send pics of how the sheets are run for the jib??
How they are run thru the blocks and back to the cleasts. The cleats are
on the starboard side only. The Hunter people were less than helpfull, but
did email a copy of their sales brochure.

In search of my next boat Palm Harbor, FL
A cleat only on the starboard side, hmmmm. I have cleats on both sides. I will stop by the boat on my way to work and tale some pics, but...

My jib lines run this way- I have two separate jib sheets (3/8" x 30' ea). I tie a bowline knot at the jib clew (the free end). I run those lines through two blocks w/snap shackles attached to the toe rail about half way back to the cockpit (this location depends on whether I am using a jib or genny). The line the is run to the cockpit, to the cleat on each side (around the winch first, sometimes, depending on how much wind there is).
