Thanks to Floyd and a little tangle with my mooring, I find myself needing to replace the stainless steel cable that is used to raise the centerboard.What is the best way to approach this. Looks like hunter attached the cable to the center board while it was outside the trunk, and threaded it through when they installed the centerboard. If I do not remove the board from the boat(not sure just how to do this either). I will have to cut an opening in the centerboard trunk. Anybody know which would be best. With the board raised, it looks like the cut would have to be somewhere in the front, or with the board down and cut at the rear of the trunk. Or if you have done this before what do you reccomend.ThanksAl Petrie
