Anybody know why the store has a premade bimini for a H23 but not a H22? I'm trying to stay out of the direct sun. Custom biminis are out of my price range. Anybody installed one on their H22 that could share dimensions/ideas/problems? Thanks

The H23 beam is 8'. The H22 is 7'11". My bimini on the H23 is a very simple and effective device. It has one attachment point to the coaming on each side, port and starboard. My unit is at home and I just measured the width of the frame where it fits into the coaming brackets at 6'7". It attaches aft of the widest beam measurement. From the photos in the model section, the cockpits, companionways and boom heights look about the same. I'll bet the H23 Bimini in the Chandlery would fit just fine. Perhaps Phil would let you try one on approval, or might know of someone else's experience with this suggestion.

I have Bimini
I have a bimini on my H22. The boat had the bimini when I bought it. I think that it is a custom job but it works great and I love it. I didn't realize how much I like the bimini until I started doing long trips on the boat in hot weather. I would never have another boat without a bimini!
