It has been a few weeks since I said I would post the picture of the swim ladder I added to the H216. It is a 3 step ladder. I used two stainless steal bars (which do not show up well in the photo) to mount the ladder to the back of the boat. The bars which are 12" long move the swmim ladder back far enough so that it lays flat when in the stowed position and so that the ladder rests on the ladders stop not the edge of the boat when it is lowered for use. I mounted the ladder as close as possible to the outboard motor bracket. I should have mounted it about an inch or so from the bracket as I have to rotate the motor to raise and lower the ladder. It hits the shift ladder as you fold it up and down. I used 3M5200 to bed the bars where I bolted them through the hull. Gary
