Its hard to suggest a repair when we don't know the source(s).
Check the mast step and any drain hoses for leaks. Look around when it's raining or use a hose

Likely source is rain water running down the mast.

The keel-stepped mast with an easily removable mast is the root cause. Unlikely that it is from sea water as there are no through-hulls or other access points other than the keel trunk and that's pretty well sealed.

Check the seal for the transom drain nail plug
