H-37c V-berth insert question

The previous owner changed the V-berth to a double. I think I'm going to change it back to it's original configuration. For other H-37c owners, does your V-berth have a removeable insert that goes in the "V"? Thanks.

The 1979 has it.

Hi John,Even the original had it. And when I have it in place and my wife crawls in after reading late it usually collapses onto the sole. This generally wakes me up!

Held in by C clamps on '80 H37C

My '80 H37C has the insert which I also had problems with it falling out. I used 2 small C clamps to lock it in place on the rails.Jerrys/v Makai
