H 34 - Coolant drain Westerbeke 21

Need to change the coolant but can't find a drain plug other than the petcock on the heat exchanger. Any advice? Boat is 1983.

Manual..... but if you scan the engine you will see them....

Looked at manual but doesn't show, at least not the one I have on PDF,
Not easy to see any definitely identifiable plug.
