H 34- Additional Jib Tracks

When I sail with the 110% jib I think the slot is too wide. I was informed by a sailer from New Orleans that he had seen Hunter 34's with additional tracks for the working jib. Any information concerning placement and fastening would be appreciated.Thanks,Charlie

I have #3 tracks

..on my L35.5. The #3 and #4 jib can certainly use a tighter sheeting angle than the bigger genoas. They also have the advantage of not having to deal with the shrouds. Make sure when you install the new tracks that you use backing plates inside the deck. In high wind (when you use the # 3) the sheeting load increases dramatically.
