H-26 air conditioning, anchor roller, and autopilot?

I have a 97 hunter 26 and have a few questions. First off has anyone installed an air conditioner in their boat? I plan on getting on off CL and want to know where anyone has mounted it and what size to get? Next question is has anyone installed an anchor roller and do they have any pictures of it? Lastly I have a simrad TP20 and would like to install it. Where has anyone mounted theirs because mine only has 10" full length movement and do not have enough movement to mount it to the cockpit seat. So where can it be mounted and still be out of the way?

My boat came with an auto pilot, never use it. It had a fabricated bracket, looked like a triangle with a rounded point, attached to the seat next to the swim ladder. The bracket was aprox a 6" triangle.

here are a couple pics of my anchor roller..... it is truly a self deploying anchor roller and i never have to go on the foredeck to launch or retrieve, and upon retrieval, the anchor self stows in the roller bracket. I have made a minor modification to it since this photo to make it work even better as the shank comes up and over the lead roller.
it can be pinned down and be used as a fixed anchor roller or hinged for self deployment and easier retrieval over the lead roll. and for trailering, the pin can be used to go thru the hole in the shank where the rode attaches and it locks it in so it cant move. I dont know how others have theirs set up but i designed this as I went along and I am extremely happy with the performance and features. it is a great setup.....

What type of AC are you talking one in the hatch? We have a '02 260 with a mermaid M9 AC/electric heat mounted under the v-berth. The intake thru hull is under the rear berth near the bilge pump and the water pump is mounted under the sink in the head. The discharge is on the starboard hull.

I didn't install it, it came with the boat, but I don't think it would be a big deal if you can stand drilling holes in your boat. You loose a little bit of storage space for the compressor and ducting and it requires shore power or a generator. We used it quite a bit when we had a slip.

That's a slick anchor roller, the stock Hunter one is way too short.

This is my anchor roller setup. I also added an extra cleat and a stainless plate to protect the fiberglass from the anchor chain. As for the autopilot, my Autohelm has extension tubes you can add to increase the length.

It's hard to tell but is your anchor roller mounted to one side or is it "v" shaped to go n both?

The roller is just mounted on one side.

It's a standard roller I bought on ebay. All I did was drill some holes offset from the center of the unit so they were centered on the rub rail bottom groove for the nuts. I really wacked it on a post coming out of a slip with the anchor on it, which put some nicks in the anchor from the ends of the roller but that roller didn't budge. It's as tight as when I put it on! Also, after installing and attaching the anchor, my wife said, "can you get the boat on and off the trailer with that anchor there?" No, honey I can't, it'l hit for sure. So, after launch, I just thread the chain through the roller and back to the anchor locker, attach the anchor, drop it over the side and haul it back into place.
