I am in the process of replacing, the original teak on boat, I pulled off all teak from cabintop ,wood around companionway and companionway itself, I did neglect to pull off the two hand holds that are in the cockpit , I was wondering, since my boat is in storage until spring and not accessible if some one could give me the length of these teak pieces, also Mike of Indian Lake if u see this please email me again , wanted to ask you about ramps at, sailing club, mmsailor @aol.com

Cockpit Teak

My h23 88 has 3 teak strips in the cockpit. Two that are for hand holds and one where the cockpit cooler goes on the rear starboard corner. The two on the seats are 30 1/4 inches long X 2 inches wide X 3/8 inches thick The teak cooler rail is 20 1/2 inches X 2 inches X 3/8 inches I can take center to center screw hole measurements if you like, but that might be risky that they would fit.

Now I'm sorry I bought the 8 hp motor

I have to use my cooler locker to store the external tank for my 8 hp motor, so now I have to go below every time I want to get a cold drink. Damn!! Peter s/v Raven

Teak a peek

Teak is expensive and sometimes hard to cut if you do not have the shop tools to cut with. Easiest way if they still do it is to contact Hunter and advise you have a 23 wing keel. Ask for Mike Thomas to see if he can help Crazy Dave
