Gwynn's Island Marina suggestions

Can anybody help make a recomedation as to slips in Gwynn's Island for one night. I need to get to Milford Haven, but it looks too tough with a draft of 5'. Hole in the wall is NO GO I'm sure. The Narrows Bridge looks tough too. Any local knowledge would be appreciated.

Tips...

1st, Hole in the wall has 7+ feet at high tide. I went through a few weeks ago at low tide with my 4' 8" draft. 2nd, Im assuming you are coming up from the south of the island. If you decide to forgo the hole and sail around the island, deltavile has some nice marinas.
