Does anyone know of any Gulfstar 47 Sailmaster, Morgan 462, or Irwin 43 sailboats that’s in pretty good condition, preferably near the Florida area, that might be for sale?

I’m scheduled to see the Gulfstar 47 that’s in Georgia today. However it does appear to need a lot of work.
Does anyone know +/- the approximate cost rand to Re power with a Yanmar, John Deere, or Beta style of engine and would anyone suggest one engine type over another and HP size?
I am told that a yanmar 110 engine would work but I believe the original Perkins on Gulfstar Sailmasters had @ 130 -135HP engine.

Viewed the Gulfstar Sailmaster but at 6’3 and our son being 6’7 I didn’t think it had enough headroom. We are looking into early 2000’s Hunter 46 or Beneteau 50s that appear to have considerably more headroom.
