Sounds like we may have a go
Our plans are to go as far as time allows, without getting in a rush. At this time, plans are to leave Slidell the 23 or 24th. First night at Ship Island, then offshore to Pcola, then probably an offshore run to Pt.StJoe. From there to Clearwater. It is possible that I may take off from the bunch when they head back and keep on going. Nothing about this deal is written in Stone. Russ, sounds like you can sure hook up with either one or both groups. You can give me a call at 985 246-9900, just about any time. Have a 36, a 37 and a 45 going so far. We're leaving Pascagoula the morning of 23, bound for Pirate's Cove. After a day or so there, we'll head for Big Lagoon and stay a night or so. After that we may jump offshore and sail to Destin where we'll stay a day or so and then begin making our way back to Pensacola. All together we'll be ten days on the water with that being between Destin and Pirate's Cove. At this time there are five boats confirmned going. If anyone wants to go please feel free to join in.... Looks like we may miss you, with the possibility of maybe Big Lagoon. Plans as I know them now are to leave here the 23rd. And make Ship Island that night, then an overnighter to Pensacola. Not sure what the others are going to do, but should be in there the 24th. Usually anchor up over by Redfish point. From there an offshore to Pt.St.Joe. The people going with me have little/no offshore experience, and want to do a couple of overnighters, then head to the Clearwater area. They have three weeks total. I may keep on going, and do Key West before I start back. Plans very up in the air still.

I may look ya'll up while you're at Big Lagoon (Phil - N&E) or Pirates Cove (Dick). I keep my H-26 at GLYC in Big Lagoon. Are the phone numbers ya'll left cell phone numbers? If so, will you have them during your trip? It was great meeting ya'll at the Gulf Coast get-together at Fairhope a few months ago! BrianW
