Gudgeon Access Kit: What's another name for this part?

Previous owner on my C22 installed one of these at the front of the anchor locker but the (j~rk) used the wrong sealant and I couldn't get it to open, and had to carefully cut & pry it out to get in to tighten the bolts on one of my bow cleats. Need to find a replacement.

CD sells one, but it has a 4" hole, and I'd like to find one that has a 3.5" hole that fits the hole already cut there if possible. I've searched the web and can't find anything else under "gudgeon access kit" what else are these parts called?

They are listed as 'deck plates' in the west marine catalog. Searching in google with that term brought up many matches. 4" seems to be the smallest standard size but I didn't search very far.

They are also called inspection ports.

Thanks Mike...having trouble finding a 3 1/2" cut-out, looks like I may need to enlarge the hole to 3 7/8" or 3 3/4" think those might still fit the tight "v" at the front of my anchor locker.

The other option I found was this, it "says" water-tight, but not sure if it could really be trusted in the event the anchor locker drain tube got plugged and the rain water filled up the anchor locker? http://www.ipseals.com/model95.html

Everyone should be concerned with the anchor locker filling up. Drains at the bottom of the locker get clogged all too easily. Put another drain on the other side, somewhat higher that the OEM one. It's cheap peace of mind.
