I want to cook burgers and hot dogs so I was looking at Magna grills. Do they offer anything that my H23 stock grill doesnt? Any mounting location ideas other than a vertical safety pole?

I have always carried along a "Kangaroo Kitchen" (See: http://www.spiritburner.com/fusion/showtopic.php?tid/17169/ ), which is a small aluminum dual burner job that folds up into the size of a very small briefcase for storage. Runs off a standard propane canister like the ones you can get at any hardware store. Unfortunately, they no longer seem to be in business, but similar ones can be found at your local sporting goods store.
As for mounting, I just throw it up in the cockpit and start cooking. No mount needed. And when finished, I just fold it up and store it away down below. I'm sure I could rig up some kind of mount for it, or have even purchased a grill that had a mounting system, but it seems like overkill for the small amount of time it is actually used and would hamper moving it from boat to boat (or using it for camping off the boat). YMMV

I use a small hibachi when I want to grill over charcoal. I have a thick wooden square board with trim on the edge to keep the heat and stray embers off the fiberglass. Like MrUnix, I set it up anywhere convenient in the cockpit.

Hey, I have one of those. Picked it up in a garage sale from friends years ago and used for years camping. It was great. I had the griddle too. I think it's still in the bsmnt somewhere.
