Just a note to share a great experience with Raymarine. Lost my Autopilot off the Jersey Coast on a trip south. Intermittent problem that continued up Delaware Bay and down the Chesapeake. After calls and troubleshooting to no avail, removed control head and computer and sent overnight delivery from Annapolis on Tuesday afternoon. On Saturday I was reinstalling the instruments in Solomons Island! I was amazed with the service orientation I encountered these guys were great and the pilot worked flawlessly all the way to Florida.
