Beautiful blue skies, T 70, 15-18knott winds close h. all the way to Ventura. Had nice mid afternoon dinner at a sushi place and sailed back home. God I love California weather....not if we can get rid of all the taxes. abe
I envy you but question the use of "all the way". We used to slip at Channel Islands and really miss it. For those not familiar with the sail from Channel Island to Ventura, it is a pretty short and typically fast sail. On a good day, there are many fast sails from Channel Islands and fortunately for those of you still there, there are many good days. Just a little jealous. Enjoy for me.
