Great road/sailing trip to San Francisco Bay

Had a great trip from Golden B.C. with my Hunter 260 to Alameda Marina. Met some great helpful people stayed at Pier 39, Angle Island, and Alameda marina. Weather was perfect hot, sunny and windy. Sailed under Golden Gate bridge would go back in a heart beat.

Did you stay on the boat while you were there? Slip or mooring?

Tell us about the tow, what speeds and vehicle did you use? How was the drive?

I just trailered mine for 5 hours. Mapquest says your trip was 21. I have a Ford Expedition and got about 8 MPG. How about you?

We trailered our Hunter 26 from Missouri to California with a Dodge diesel pickup and got 11mpg overall.

We towed ours 6 hours from Atlanta to Destin with an F150. Got about 10 MPG.
