Gadgets

My favorite "gadget" is the boat itself. It never fails to amaze me how this 3-ton lump of fiberglass and dacron can be transformed into a wondrous gliding swan when there is only enough wind to make the tell tales flutter....it's utter magic!

Ipod with speakers in Cat 18 Capri

John R , If you have Ipod, speakers and an amp in your Catalina Capri how big is the amp and where do I get one. I've been wanting to hook up my Ipod in my Cal 20 and have not found a small one that doesn't take up a lot of space but still had a big out put. Also, what kind of waterproof speakers did you use and are they small but effecient? email me: fastlaneltd@hotmail.com Thanks Jim

Cushions?

I'm surprised no one said cockpit cushions.? We bought some from this site last year. No more fiberglass bottoms when we get home, after a good, long weekend of sailing.
