Great Deal on Boat Speakers

Hi All,I was at Sam's club over the weekend and it appears that they purchased all of the last remaining Bose 151 Environmental speakers. They are selling them for $163.00! Don't confuse these Bose speakers with the replacement for them the 151 SE. The 151 Environmental's sound significantly better than the 151 SE's. Originally the 151 Environmentals sold for $299.00 now $163.00. They are very efficient and are rated at 4 Ohms perfect for a car stereo or boat stereo.. Get them while you can! I bought two pair one for my wifes office and one for my garage. At that price you can't go wrong get them before they are gone!-Acoustic

Getting hard to find.

I have two pairs of the original 151's on my boat. Cost was $239 a pair six years ago, but they were an anniversary gift from my employer.They seem to be getting hard to come by. I'm not too excited by their replacements (SE). I see the originals can also be bought at Sam’s online.Acoustic- FYI, I ordered the infinity Basslink sub yesterday. Can't wait to hear it. The main benefit I see is taking the low bass load away from the Bose's.

Let me know where you mount it in the 310? The 151 Environmentals were discontinued almost two years ago but Sam's must have worked some deal. It's a one time buy so they will probably be gone soon. I generally don't like Bose stuff but the 151 Environmentals were one of the better speakers they built especially for efficiency...
