Hi all:I was in 2 West Marine stores (Northern Ohio) this week to check out their bargain tables and ran across this item in both stores."Land and Sea accessory pack" for the captioned GPS's. Retail price was indicated at $248, sale price, $48. I bought one. Anybody who was able to get this steal and doesn't need the bluechart, I will be more than glad to buy the unlock code for the price of the whole package. Garmin gets 117 for one unlock code.......just checked with Toledo and Sandusky, price now is 169 at Toledo with Sandusky out. original poster just got a tremendous bargain.

.... I bought the package in the Port Clinton store (Terry). Give them a try. I think I left 3 more in the store. Rob is correct as well. Garmin has knocked down prices on some nice units.In retrospect, I shoul have bought them all and offered them tothe list for cost and shippingJeff

... Just called the store where I bought this and told him I wanted the three remaining boxes. He confessed that they were all mismarked and should have been $160.Sorry guys........Jeff

Thanks for the Heads Up!!

I went to the new West Marine store near me (that I had never been to), and they're too new to have anything on clearance yet, but he tried to look it up. Couldn't find it by the description.Just for grins, I went to the WM in Dallas, about 30 miles away, and surprise surprise, they had one! But, bad news. It was marked $299 regular, marked down to $199, save $100. The flyer said they had one on hand.I decided to go ahead and take a look at it, and sure enough, it was the Land & Sea Acessory. When the guy brought it out, I told my wife it was the same one, then mentioned that I had seen talk that it was at other WM's for $50.The salesman said that he was just about to offer it to me for that price, and would honor it!!! I said at that price, I wish they had more. He said they had another one. I bought both.The map I currently have would have cost $75 to upgrade to the new one. I'm going to just register this instead, and register the other region for New Orleans.The Gadgets are just a bonus.Gotta love the internet!!!=====As a semi-side note, I'd be interested in hearing what the other stores are offering the 192C and 198C for.
