The hollow square link at the center of the gooseneck on my 216 just wore through, apparently due to several days of violent winds with the boom swinging back and forth in the slip. I don't know the name of the part but it links the pin on the boom toggle to the pin on the mast toggle, thus holding the boom to the mast.
Does anyone know the tech term? I will call Hunter on Monday to try to order a new one?
