I recently removed the boom from my mast for the first time. the type of connection used on the early 80's H31 is a bear to get off. Has anyone replaced this connection to something more user friendly and if so, what did you use?
if not, where can I purchase replacement parts as the plastic pieces are worn and I am missing the "clips" that I was told needed to be there (see photos).
