A while back I asked Peggy about how to deal with the smell coming from my then soon-to-be boat. Well, now she's my boat, and the mystery is solved. Turns out the old owner, in a fit of whatever it is drives boat owners to do things like this decided to paint the interior of the boat a few days before turning it over to me.
