Hunter Cherubini 33_77-83 Okinawa, Japan
I ordered the Boom Kicker model 1500 from the Hunter Owners Chandlery and it arrived via first class mail from Illinois to Okinawa, Japan in 7 days. Today I installed the unit on my 1978 Hunter Cherubini 33. The instructions are easy to follow and all the materials you need to install it are included, with the execption of a hand drill, screw driver etc. I installed the unit in about an hour and a half. I am a bit anal and made sure I went through the directions a few times, and then had a friend confirm what I think I understood :) The Boom Kicker was easy to install and it works exactly the way the company says it should. I eliminated the topping lift and I am happy about that. Dealing with it was always frustrating. The unit looks good and compliments my boat. I recommend the Boom Kicker to anyone wanting to get rid of their topping lift.

Nice to hear

When things go wrong or don't work right, many folks are quick to complain. Few find the time to sing the praises when it goes right. Good to hear that you received your purchase, better to hear that you are pleased with it. BTW I agree the Boomkicker is a great choice. Send Ted Corlett(Boomkicker's owner) an email and let him know what you think of his product. He will be very glad to hear from you. Cheers :)

Boom Kicker Kicks Butt

Alan, I plan to send the company an email with a photo as well. I noticed on the website there wasn't a photo of an HC33 with a kicker installed. How do you like you're 33? Okiman

I'm sorry, I don't have an HC33. I have a Hunter Legend 35.5. I think the Cherubini Hunters are wonderful boats, strong, dependable and very seaworthy.
