Where should I go to find people who like to travel so maybe I can follow, join and learn and have a blast. Right now my boat is in Mandeville LA and I plan on leaving at the end of May and head up the eastern seaboard to maybe South Carolina for the the summer to get out of LA hurricanes and storms. Any sugestions,coments or help

South Carolina can get hurricane strikes too. They go up to Virginia and Maryland sometimes.
Keep checking around and google sailing in your area. Maybe there is a local yacht club that does things like this.
