I have a new Hunter 36 with the new engine panel - it is keyless and upgraded to a new white colour > question does anyone know how to operate the glow plugs on the motor without the usual key switch on the new panel?

I know that my 2005 3YM30 does not have a glow plug. Is that a Yanmar panel or something that Hunter had built for the new boats? Interestingly the 3YM30 brochure( http://www.yanmar.com.au/marine/gm_series/pdf/3YM30_TechData.pdf ) does mention GLOW. Scroll down to the details of the panel. That panel is the one that came with my engine.
No glow on mine. 2003 356 with Yanmar. Mine has a separate pushbutton for start, not the four-position key switch shown in Ed's drawing.
It would be helpfull if we had the text on the panel. And what is the big black thing with no text near it in the lower right hand corner?
