Lost my rudder and carriage and the mfg. has been out of business for about 20 years. Wanting a replcement - prefer like the original - maybe from a boat bone yard, or a look-alike act-alike. Thanks Rneaul
Your least expensive route may be to take a picture to a fab shop and have a look alike made. The cost of metal is down and metal shops are hurting for business. Have a price in mind and tell them what you expect.
I would go with a rudder made from plywood and glassed over. According to the Ghost 13 website, the original rudder design is flawed. I can understand wanting it to look original though.
