Hello all, brbr
I am at the boat right now and have decided to try a few more things before i make a final decision on this motor.brbr
I am trying to see if the exhaust is choked up with soot. I have pulled off the thermostat housing. And, I have the exhaust manifold disconnected from the engine, but i can't seem to get it loose from the piece at the end that connects to the exhaust/water pipe assembly. It is a metal flange that connects directly to the end of the manifold by 4 bolts.brbr
I have pulled, pushed, whacked at it to no avail.brbr
Is there a trick to getting this thing off? br
Is there something I still need to disconnect?brbr
Thanks for any quick assistance...br
