Getting Pinned on the Left Coast - Boat goes into the breakwater

This is pretty painful -- but the "Headline" from Scuttlebutt was -- "That'll leave a mark"

Wind and waves took the sailboat up on the break wall at Redondo Beach Harbor in Southern California.

Do my eyes deceive me or is the person going from the Lifeguard boat to the C30 at 4:00 not wearing a pfd? Gets my vote for idjit of the year award!
